This policy applies to SNRMN-operated websites, applications, administrative systems, and associated digital tools, including private tools used to support SVLTN music promotion and campaign management.

2. Information We Process

Depending on how you interact with our services, we may process information voluntarily provided through purchases, membership, communications, or other interactions with SNRMN.

Our private Reddit opportunity tool may process publicly available Reddit information relevant to music promotion and discovery. This may include Reddit post identifiers, subreddit names, post titles, public usernames, post URLs, publicly visible post content, engagement information, detected keywords, opportunity classifications, and internal relevance scores.

3. How We Use Information

Information may be used to operate and improve our services, process legitimate transactions, manage memberships, maintain administrative records, understand service performance, respond to communications, prevent misuse, and support music promotion and campaign planning.

Reddit information processed by the private SVLTN promotion system is used to identify and organize potentially relevant music opportunities for human review. The system may classify, rank, deduplicate, and store relevant public posts to support this workflow.

4. Reddit and Third-Party Platforms

Some SNRMN or SVLTN tools interact with third-party platforms such as Reddit. Information obtained from those platforms is handled subject to applicable platform requirements and this Privacy Policy.

Our Reddit integration does not require users to provide their Reddit password to SNRMN, and Reddit authentication credentials are not sent to our external database for storage.

5. Data Storage and Service Providers

We may use service providers to operate our infrastructure, databases, hosting, payments, communications, analytics, and related technical services.

The private SVLTN Reddit opportunity system uses Supabase as part of its backend infrastructure to maintain structured records such as opportunity data, scanner results, configuration, and activity information.

Service providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services and remain subject to their own legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed to service providers where necessary to operate our services, when required by law, to protect our rights or users, or as part of a legitimate business transaction.

Public Reddit opportunity records may be removed when they are no longer relevant to the promotion workflow or when retention is no longer reasonably necessary.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
